# Bridging

EVMOS is a brand new Layer 1 network built on Cosmos and Ethereum. Getting funds to early networks is often the most difficult part, as there is generally a lack of bridge liquidity. So here, we outline the best way to get funds onto EVMOS.\
\
**Available Bridges**\
\
One of the cheapest and fastest bridge currently is [Celer Network](https://cbridge.celer.network/), with good liquidity on native tokens. However, you will not receive gas money from the bridge when you make it on EVMOS chain so please take that into account.\
\
[**Nomad**](https://app.nomad.xyz/) is significantly slower, taking around an hour and you will pay higher gas fees than you would on Celer, but you do receive a small amount of EVMOS to pay gas fees with. \
\
[Connext bridge](https://bridge.connext.network/) (was xPollinate) is the best route from Cronos to EVMOS at the moment.\
\
\
**Specific Chain Guides** \
\
**Getting from Osmosis to EVMOS:**\
\
Swap UST for CRO ——-> bridge native CRO to Cronos CRO -——> swap this for USDC -——> bridge USDC from Cronos to evmos with Connext bridge \
\
More to come.\
